Interview
There is a behavioural interview where they ask questions regarding situations where they check how you would respond. Additionally, there is a technical test that everyone has to pass with a minimum of 70% to get hired.

When I was hired I had an interview with the manager, then I took a basic electronics test, then i had an interview the the other technicians in the area
