I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox in Sept 2015
Interview
Approached by recruiter online, phone contact with manager, then asked to put together a presentation. Be aware Tucson location has Windows 10 and computer terminals for your training presentation. You will be able to walk your audience through a hands-on software training session- your choice (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), but they will be limited to what they can access online. Interview was easy overall and relaxed, but time consuming to prepare.
There does seem to be a lot of resentment still in place over the Xerox takeover of Midas. Also a general lack of awareness of learning theories, newer teaching technologies and training methods. This seems to be prevalent in the Tucson area as many people have been ingrained in the same position for years, but no interest/investment in continuing education or improvement, leading to a culture of maintaining the status quo and ultimately negativity. It is highly recommended to establish the pay range before putting too much investment in interviewing.
