Xerox Systems Engineer interview questions

Online Application and psychometric test. Offered for assessment centre. Group exercise where we had to build a multi-storey building put of marshmallows and sticks. Interview with Line Manager of the area applied. Only competency. General questions around team work, experiences, why xerox, greatest achievements etc. In-tray exercise at the end which consisted of about 6 emails supposedly addressed to yourself regarding various issues as part of you job role or social life. All you have to do is prioritise the emails in a certain order from very important to least important concerning the issues severity.
