Xona Space Systems interview questions

They have a 3 round process, long team interview, interesting process, not particularly difficult. Questions are based on experience and skill set. Overall (really) low wages for expectations. Job descriptions are not thorough or descriptive of actual qualifications needed for the role and duties performed on the job. I got the sense that they want do-it-alls, which is perfectly acceptable if they offered salaries well above the current ones listed. Note: they’re targeting MIDDLE of the ranges, not top of the ranges. Employees seemed afraid of management. This is major flag personally. I got a red flags but can’t quite put my finger on why. Also sensed a lot of miscommunication between interviewers. Again, more red flags.
