I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Xpert Prime (Dayton, OH) in May 2025
Interview
I found this opportunity on LinkedIn and reached out. The HR team got back to me quickly, and we set up an in-person interview. The process was smooth, and the interview felt more like a conversation than a test.
Instead of drilling me on frameworks, they gave me logical problems to see how I think. It was relaxed but engaging.
Since joining, I have learned a ton, from debugging and version control to building actual features. The team is super supportive, and I believe that I’m growing every day.
Right now, I am working closely with the team on real projects.
