Upon applying the job, they gave me a take home assignment. After that I got a phone call from a project manager, before proceeding to an in-person meeting with the CEO too.

Email conversations with the CEO at the initial stage. Then I needed to complete some programming tasks online. The final stage was a face-to-face interview with the CEO and CRO.
