YGroup Companies interview questions

Informal chat with a Director to understand more about the role and discuss my experience after they contacted me on LinkedIn. I was then referred for an assessment centre, which was a half day conducted virtually with 3 x 1-hour interviews, 2 with Directors and 1 with a Senior Consultant. Each was roughly 30 minutes standard competency/why YGroup/ why consulting/ experience questions followed by a 30 minute case interview and/or market sizing question. All were friendly and informal and the process was very quick. I received a decision within 24 hours.

Multiple phases but very well organized process overall. I had the challenge to solve and present in the final phase of the interview process, it was somewhat complex but the briefing was clear and therefore, easy to understand. Communication was very good thanks to HR and I felt comfortable through the process.
