Was asked 7-8 questions about social services and services available in Sudbury, ON. Was asked about social inclusion, child protection policy, and ability to manage tasks, deadlines, communication with team and supervisor. Was given about 10 mins to write down draft answer and they collect my notes afterwards. They will ask for consent to contact your references and provide letter to do police record check
