Most part of the interview was on English and mainly focus on marketing field questions and about company past .. There are 3 persons involved in conducting the interview and the type of interview is just normal difficult

Interview
Initially it was telephonic, followed by personal interview, then an HR interview which was telephonic. The whole process took few days. Personal interview contained technical and managerial skills discussions which was quite OK. Neither too difficult or easy.
