Had a screening interview with the recruiter. Didn't lead to any further steps, but the recruiter was very transparent about all the steps involved, the salary range, and when I could expect to hear back. And I did hear back pretty shortly. Wish more companies would treat applicants with this kind of dignity, instead of just ghosting after interviews like they often do.
