Easy - moderate difficulty, but nothing surprising. Questions are rather standard. Prepare and you will do well. It all went smoothly. Thankfully no group interviews. Ask to shadow for a day.

Interview
First met with HR on the main campus and spent about 45 minutes speaking with her. Straight-forward questions that you should be able to prepare for. Following that I went and met the program manager and Medical Director for the specialty at the clinic. Everyone was extremely nice and the process was very positive.
On my second interview/shadowing I met with the Medical Director again and spend 4 hours shadowing and working with the team.
On the third visit, I met with the Directors of the clinic who basically wanted to see that I was a likable and useful person. Each experience was very positive.
