Yellow Pencil interview questions

The interview was in 3 stages. Questions were sent ahead of time so there were no surprises and there was time to prepare. Lots of good discussion and the interviewers in all three interviews were happy to answer my questions.

One interview with the recruiter and hiring director after submission of resume and cover letter via email. They were super cordial and friendly through the interview, and transparent about the role and their expectations. While I wasn't qualified enough for the position, I still appreciated learning more about the organization from the discussion.
