Interview
I had to present my portfolio to The Danbury Mint and take a paint test to prove I could paint as good as they needed to meets client standards. I also did a 'sculpture test to see if I could sculpt for them as well.
At YORK I worked my way up to management through the developer, my boss because of my knowledge of construction.
