Young Adult Institute interview questions

One-on-one, then group, then individual with a specific house. The group interview was probably the most difficult, specifically when asked to respond to a question within the group setting. Felt like we were competing with each other to provide the best response (which we essentially were).

Long and thorough. Though once you are in YAI, you are IN! Takes about 2 months. Background check, paperwork , interview on the phone, then in person. Then once youre in, two weeks paid training!
