Rude and bragged about firing people and was overall rude. Went to introduce me to his workers but nobody was even there (red flag) and the place had stuff everywhere and was disorganized

A quick 5 minute phone call was made after my application was received. I was told there would be a followup online interview before being ghosted. An email that was supposed to be sent never was.
