5 step interview process just for a part time assistant position - phone interview, CEO Zoom interview, “2 hour” paid assignment (which actually takes more than 2 hours if you want to do it right but they only pay for 2 hours), panel Zoom interview and interview with CEO for a second time. It’s ridiculously time consuming for the level of position. I stopped after the panel interview.
