I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Youth Villages (Memphis, TN) in Mar 2015
Interview
Interview was full of "what-if" type questions that were simple to answer. Interviewer was up front about schedule and pay. The pay was VERY low and the schedule was terrible. You were REQUIRED (even on off days) to drive patients places on your own time, no over time given. The position would be great for a person without kids and should most likely be single.

Question 1

The interview process consisted of two phone interviews, one in person interview, and one ride along to a counseling session. Overall, it took about two weeks to complete the entire process and an additional week to get the background check/drug test results back.
