Met with the marketing manager and then the owner. Was asked highly specific/micromanaging-type questions that obviously came from their previous, bad experiences with other employees. They didn't want to get to know me, just wanted to make sure they weren't repeating their past mistakes. Then, the owner insultingly lowballed me with the hourly rate she proposed. A waste of time.

Interview
This was one of the worst interviews I've had in my most recent job hunt. The interviewer was immediately abrasive and rude. It became very obvious to me early on that they did not care about me or my personality. They just wanted to find a warm body to fill a role.
Do not apply here. You can get a better job.
