Interview
The Interview Process consideres several filters. First of all there was an interview by phone in which a person from Human Resources participated and also the Department leader for the hiring position was hired. After that there was another filter to participate on an interview on site with more concrete questions regarding the position.
Phone screen Record Interview Face to Face interview on site and then I had wait for the decision for one week. On site interview it was purchasing manager and HR manager and for the second round there was lunch interview with the team
