The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ZS Associates (New Delhi)
Interview
The placement process began with a standard aptitude test followed by a video round in which answers to a series of questions were supposed to be recorded – essentially making the machine an interviewer.
The first person-to-person interview was the Case Round focused on data interpretation and consequent analysis. A case study was to be solved in a given time and then discussed with an interviewer.
The second round was a Behavioural Interview Round. Puzzles , logical reasoning, guesstimates, situation-based and standard HR questions were the point of focus.
The third round was Fit Round. It aimed to focus on the candidate's goals and ambition and how these, as well as the candidate's overall persona, aligned with that of the company.
In all the three rounds, I found the interviewers to be pleasant, encouraging and highly intelligent. They asked relevant questions and pointed out details that I didn't even think of in my own answers. Throughout all interviews, they were very polite and friendly, and instead of a strict, rigid process, it felt like a free flowing and engaging conversation, which I personally appreciated very much.
If anyone is going in for an interview in the near future, there's one thing I can say from my own experience : whether you get selected or not, you'll certainly get to learn something.

Question 1
Tell us about the structured approach you take while handling a project.
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
