Not at all objective driven ,rather it's bit stuck in one approach itself. Lack of openness in sharing perspective. Interviewer skillset of taking a meeting and evaluating candidates is questionable. No questions asked in terms of role and responsibilities rather she jumped the gun to only one thing. It seems she was in a bit hurry because she already joined 10mins late and then not answered any of my questions
