There are 3 rounds, 2 on the phone, and 1 in person that take ~ 4 hours to complete. For the long (in person) interview, you meet with 4 different people; one is an analyst that tells you the role from their eyes. One is a partner, who speaks at a high level about the firm and asks personality fit questions. One manager, who gives a case interview. One consultant, who gives a slightly less analytical case interview.
