Case interview similar to examples on the ZS website
, along with a few behavioral questions. Overall, standard consulting case prep and structured thinking should prepare you well for the interview.
I would not recommend any candidate to interview with ZS. I knew the poor Glassdoor score was a sign, so I ignored it and moved forward. I think the CEO is clueless about how awful the interview process is. Poor TAs and indecisive BU leaders are the perfect combo for a horrible interview experience, and enough for me to tell people to avoid ZS. If you need a job, then go forward with the interview, land the job, and continue your job search elsewhere.
3 round of interviews back to back for 30 min - 2 cases and 1 behavioral. One case was unstructured and the other very quantitative and direct. The behavioral was very standard and interviewer was nice.
