The interview consisted of a phone screen, a technical phone screen, a technical coding test, an on-site, and then a panel coding test. Every part of the interview is treated pragmatically by the staff. The technical people are not only very sharp, but also practical and pragmatic. It was an excellent experience start to finish, and I really recommend their staff and process.
