Interview
The overall process was pretty straightforward and a little harder than expected, but a great experience nonetheless. I first expressed my interest to the HR in a response to a recommendation from a professor. I was immediately contacted by HR to complete an online application. Within a couple of days, I proceeded to the next stage of the interview process which required me to complete an online behavioral assessment and a timed IQ exam. From there, to verify my results to my IQ exam, I was once again asked to complete the timed IQ test, this time during a webcam session with the HR. Here, the HR asked me some easy questions to get to know me and a little bit more about my resume and overall background as a student. After the webcam session, I was contacted by HR within a couple of days to schedule a phone interview with a Engineering manager. The phone interview was pretty straightforward: mostly technical questions pertaining to the job with a couple of "why do you want to be PayLeaser" type of questions. From there, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview within the next week. This interview stage was really interesting. Here, I was interviewed by a panel of interviewers (including an interviewer on webcam) who all held positions in middle-management. I was asked intermediate questions pertaining to my technical experience, two in which I was asked to draw on the white board. The next set of questions pertained to code on my Github, where I was given a peer review by the interviewers. After the panel interview, I was immediately given a one-on-one interview with a high-ranking manager. Questions mostly pertained to my background, interests, etc. - more soft skill related. I was then asked to proceed into the final stage of the interview process which required me to once again go in for another in-person interview - another panel interview. This interview was less technical than before and focused more on my resume, what I could offer, etc. In the end, I wasn't offered a position but the overall process was a great experience. The overall interview process lasted about a month and included: 2 assessments, 1 webcam interview, 1 phone interview, 1 one-on-one in person interview, and 2 panel interviews. The HR was really helpful in my preparation for each interview, so ask questions! Good luck!

Interview
Applied online and received an email with a link to a cognitive aptitude and personality test. After taking the two there was another proctored cognitive aptitude test. Then it was followed by a phone interview with two lead developers which asked about my work experience and some technical questions.
Was called in to interview at the headquarters in San Diego and sat in front of a panel of developers at the company. Like the phone screen they asked about work experience with their stack and then followed up with some technical questions. In the end there was a small chat with the VP.
