I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zodiac Milpro (Delta, BC)
Interview
Employee and manager seemed reasonable and competent, seemed like a decent company to work at. Didn't take me, seemed like it was more of a emailing/coordination job than I had anticipated.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly asking about your experience to understand what you're about. Did casually ask about some technical aspects in the context of their operations.
I applied online. I interviewed at Zodiac Milpro (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2020
Interview
It is quite tedious but very easy. The interviewer only needs to see your skills with detailing and how much attentiveness you input. The company pay is very low, hence they don’t mind.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zodiac Milpro (Delta, BC) in Feb 2015
Interview
Resume and cover letter passed along through intern currently working there. Standard email replies to arrange an interview. Interviewed with Engineering technical department head and Eng manager. Went through resume like standard. Provided a rubric for self evaluation on skills with software and other technical skills associated with the job. Interview ended with a tour of the company, and both production plants. Two weeks after I sent a follow up email, two days after that email I had an offer.
