Interview
These are the questions from my ONLINE video interview via Hirevue for the Change & technology Graduate Development Programme 2021 in Zurich, Swindon.
Firstly I submitted an application online from their website. Then I've done Situational judgement online test (via HireVue). This was easy and was NOT time-restricted. Then I was invited to complete the online video interview plus completing 2 games (via HireVue).
After completing it I haven't heard from them.

Interview
I first applied for the position of Change and Technology Graduate in December 2017. I completed a few online tests, and was then invited to a pre-recorded video interview online. The interview consisted of typical competency questions, and I found it to be an enjoyable experience.
I was invited to an assessment centre at the Swindon Office in February 2018. I had to book my own hotel to stay the night before, but Zurich covered my expenses up to £100. The assessment day consisted of an individual interview, individual presentation task, and group task. All of the staff and graduates were very welcoming and helpful.
The day after my assessment centre I was offered a position. I was also very quickly assigned a "buddy" who has really made me feel welcome and thoroughly answered all of my pre-employment questions.
I would highly recommend Zurich Insurance graduate schemes to future graduates. The whole recruitment process was conducted to an extremely high standard.
