Interview
I had one interview with a hiring manager. Iy was more of a discussion than an interview for over half an hour. I thought it was a pleasent experience and I felt that I could apply to Zurich insurance again based on what the hiring manager told me and how my impression about the company and its people was after the interview. I got an email that they proceeded with another more suitable candidate so I do not know why I was not chosen to the vacancy.
The interview was standard. There was a cultural fit assessment and questions about past experiences in relation to the position. The hiring team was very thorough and responsive through the whole process.
It was knowledge-packed
Interviewers were nice and considerate
Overall, it would have been a great company to work for
The interview was virtual for stage one.
Three interviewers conducted the interview.

Interview
Initial call with recruiter who asked basic interview questions like tell me about yourself. Followed by an interview with the hiring manager and members of the team. They asked questions about my experience and being able to work with brokers.
