The next stage was a technical assessment. This was a difficult part of the interview process, where I was given a set of problems to solve related to structural engineering. The problems covered a range of topics, including reinforced concrete design, structural analysis, and shell structures. I had to demonstrate my problem-solving skills and my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations.
