I once participated in a random interview process for a Cybersecurity Analyst position, where both the interviewer selection and the questions were randomly assigned from a predefined pool to ensure fairness and reduce bias.
Before the interview, I was informed that the session would be partially randomized. When the interview began, I was interviewed by two security professionals I had not previously interacted with. The system randomly selected questions covering network security, incident response, and threat analysis, rather than following a fixed script.
