they recruited me from my college career fair and made it seem very fun. Once I got on the interview, the recruiter was very harsh and not easy to talk to. I was bummed when I didn't land the job but they got raided by the IRS a month later and it made me feel better :)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at alliantgroup, LP in Mar 2026
Interview
Switched gears to get me to interview for another position. Interview was comfortable and interviewer was friendly. I decided not to move forward with the process due to the required hours. Both positions interviewing for are required 9am-6:30pm in office. She mentioned one position being with India - so I would also have late night/early morning meetings because of time zones. The recruitment position stated that if an interview came in at 6, I was required to walk them out and could be at the office until 7/7:30 some nights. I said I was not flexible on working 45+ hour work weeks again as I did this exact schedule for 5 years prior. Didn't seem there was any flexibility. Pay was enticing but not for the work load.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at alliantgroup, LP (Houston, TX) in Aug 2020
Interview
It was a fairly easy interview, speaking on the phone as a standard then onto the director of recruitment. I was excited about the position but then I heard some not positive reviews about the company.
