Interview
Initial communication was a phone call through the hiring manager, not a recruiter. They were flexible in setting up an in person interview and set up a time on a Sunday. A call was received literally an hour after it was over that an offer letter was on its way. Later that night I received the offer letter after negotiating on PTO.

Question 1
There wasn't a difficult question. Many questions were about how Agile methodologies worked since that was my recent experience. They were using Waterfall practices and were very interested in my experience.
