Completed applications online - an extensive process. Scheduled a call with an HR representative who fielded the candidates before continuing the process. Scheduled a time for the second call, but the call needed to be rescheduled due to senior leadership attending a conference. I was told that I was desired and likely to continue toward candidacy. It was explained to me that they would be likely filling this role mid-end of September and asked me if I was okay with that, but after the cancellation, I never heard back. I wrote the HR representative after 2.5 weeks to receive a response that they are moving forward with others. Extremely frustrating and lead on for no reason with little communication.

Four interviews in one session. You interview with four different indivuduals and you have 1.5 hour. Longest back to back interview ever. Be prepared to answer questions on your experience and how it relates to healthcare.
