A friend of mine works there and set me up with a recruiter. The recruiter then sent me job openings that matched my background. They really want to find the best fit for you at the company. I applied for one job and then had a webex interview with the manager where I completed an excel assessment. I then was invited to visit campus a week later and met with the manager in person and members of the team. It took about 4 hours and I had to solve a little logic puzzle.
