I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at athenahealth (Bengaluru)
Interview
Very slow process with the HR expect calls after a couple of days post each round. They have multiple rounds first round is meant to explain about the company but ends up being your interview second round is task assignment on the same product they own and then next is a technical round on the task. After this is the managerial round and finally the HR round. Till the time they are interested the HR will call once dropped you can expect a template email for rejection. Found the interviewers less knowledgeable (they didn't even know about their own company) and seemed like they were only interested in getting new ideas for their products using the hiring process.
Excellent and enlightening experience with each round.
1st round senior product manager screening
2nd round case study round
Followed by 4 rounds of discussion with Product and Engineering directors around various PM competencies
Disorganized--4 rounds including case study (final round) and then no offer with no feedback. I truly liked the recruiter and people I met with so I was hoping it was just a bumpy path to a role I would enjoy. I felt they would forget there was a hiring process and then suddenly want to urgently coordinate another round.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at athenahealth in Oct 2025
Interview
Screener call, 30 minute recruiter call, one hour long manager call and two more 30 minute SME/VIP chats. A few 'what-if' scenarios, but completely practical and easy to navigate. There was good communication during the setting up for interviews but went radio silent after the last interview. Just saw the listing was taken down some time after.
