First Round: an HR phone interview lasts about 30 minutes. Standard fit questions. Second round: 30-45 minute phone call with an analyst asking about modeling background, no technical questions. Final round: 4 hour super day consisting of 6 interviews and a small examination that takes about 30 minutes. The exam is asking corporate finance questions/business questions.
