Applied online. One interview with HR, another a week later with hiring manager. Immediately sent a follow up email to both HR Recruiter and Hiring manager thanking them and looking forward to next steps. Never heard back. 3-4 weeks later I sent a follow up to HR Recruiter just to confirm they went with another candidate and never got a response. Rather surprising such a large company would just ghost an applicant that had two interviews.
