Avoid, avoid and most importantly avoid. First and foremost if you are looking for a serious professional company, you came to the wrong spot. I always make sure to appear professional and clean during my interviews, be they remote via a video call or in person. The same values are not shared by the gentlemen who will be interviewing you. In my example they were each cozily sitting on their own home sofa and payed very little attention to my interview and what I had to say. I can tell the difference between writing and reading and people who wear glasses should be aware that popular blogs may reflect of off their screen and may be recognized by the interviewer. Honestly don't read blogs whilst conducting an interview your focus should be solely on the candidate. Anyhow the questions were pretty standard the interview was all over the place as we covered everything from salary expectations, earliest availability, a quick technical test and so on in one sitting. Usually you'd wanna communicate that to the candidate so they may come prepared.
