The recruiting process includes 3 interview rounds: HR phone screening, virtual interview with hiring manager and on-site interview with other hiring managers. The entire process is professional and the recruiting team gives you feedback after each interview.

It took 2 applications, but after getting the interview a second time I had a phone interview, followed by a short bacic computer skills test, and then a final video interview. They really want to get a feeling of who you are and how you'll preform from the start.

Phone interview and several phone calls to prepare you for the next stage. Skype interview-which is pre-recorded and very tracky. Online assessments, typing test,IQ test, personaility test, face to face interview- long process,an exam after 3 weeks to see if you will continue. and then constant reviews to see if you will be kept on.
