I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at eQuest Solutions in Jan 2024
Interview
Was approached via LinkedIn for a "100% Remote" role. The second question in the phone interview was how often I could be onsite.
When answering his tech questions, if he didn't like the answer, he would not clarify the question, he just asked the same question word for word.
Was extremely condescending. After the 5th question, I told him it was obvious we would not work well together. I tried to end the call politely, while he just hung up.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at eQuest Solutions (Ahmedabad) in Apr 2022
Interview
There were 4 rounds for which I had to appear.
- 2x Technical Round
- 1x HR Round
- 1x Practical
I was genuinely happily surprised to know the level & the depth of the questions they asked around Shopify. It was truly amazing to see that kind of pre-ready questions with the interviewer.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at eQuest Solutions (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
He called me directly. I said I am not available now. I have a planned meeting now. He said, please call back when you are available. I answered his questions in the e-mail after my meeting. I called. He is talking like a very rough boss and always accusing, stopping when answering again and again. I said you could not talk with me like this. I had another call from another recruiter for another company just one minute before. He was so kind, and we set a meeting in a minute. He understands me. Al is always acting like he is in charge and controls all my acts in the first introduction. I have never said to someone I met the first time before. I said you could not act me like this. If you want to continue like this, I can not continue? I asked do you want to continue? He closed the phone.
