Interview
Der Bewerbungsprozess bestand aus mehreren Schritten: Zunächst hatte ich ein kurzes Telefoninterview mit der HR-Abteilung (Screening). Danach folgte ein ca. 15-minütiges technisches Interview mit dem Engineering Manager. Im Anschluss erhielt ich eine Home-Assignment-Aufgabe, die ich bearbeiten und einreichen musste.
Der letzte Schritt war ein persönliches Interview vor Ort im Büro des Unternehmens. Dort habe ich meine Lösung der Home-Assignment präsentiert. Im Gespräch waren der CTO, der Engineering Manager und ein Frontend-Entwickler anwesend. Zusätzlich zum Vorstellungsgespräch habe ich während des Termins eine kleine Funktion live entwickelt und Fragen beantwortet.
Insgesamt war es zunächst eine positive Erfahrung für mich. Die Gespräche verliefen freundlich und professionell. Allerdings wurde ich nach dem finalen Interview darüber informiert, dass der Prozess für mich beendet ist und man nicht mit mir weitermachen möchte.
Ich habe aktiv um Feedback zu meinem Bewerbungsprozess gebeten, aber leider keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Nach dem investierten Zeit- und Arbeitsaufwand war das enttäuschend und der Prozess hinterließ bei mir ein negatives Gefühl.

I wouldn’t recommend applying to this company at all. If your time matters to you, just stay away.
After the first interview with HR, they send you a technical test. It's basically a full-on project that would normally take at least 5 days, but they expect you to finish it in 2 and submit it on GitLab.
The worst part? No one actually reviews your code. It’s all done by a bot, and the results are honestly weird and totally unfair.
Like, there are these "bonus points" they tell you are optional—like, do them if you have time—but then they actually dock points if you skip them.
And the code review itself is super binary—like a black-and-white checklist—and the scoring system feels completely random.
Overall, they don’t seem to value candidates' time at all, and how they assess the projects is kind of a joke.

Interview
This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. After the first interview, they send you a frontend technical test that you have to submit on GitLab, and then a bot reviews your code.
The bot flagged a bunch of stuff on my test that didn’t even matter, and it clearly has issues—it’s just not capable of properly reviewing code.
I wasted several days on this and seriously wouldn’t recommend anyone spend their time on it.
The company’s had a frontend position open for months, and the reason they haven’t been able to hire anyone is probably because they rely on this ridiculous bot to evaluate candidates.
