On the hiring and interview process was Rather peculiar as a series of phone interviews. Never meet the district manager and was essentially hired over the phone which was nice, yet rather bizarre way of conducting business.

Job Application followed by Video call interview. I had to remind the contact that there was an interview scheduled for that day. They were cooperative in moving it to another time slot.

Interview
My interview was done over the phone two or three times with various levels of management. I also met in person with a field service technician who has experience in the area. They wanted to know my math background and my work style as well as my feelings towards a potential relocation and comfort with travel or being away from home at least part of the time.
