I interviewed at iKnowHow for a Software Developer position, undergoing an HR round and a technical interview with the CTO and team lead. The process was smooth, and I received a job offer matching my salary expectations.
However, the post-offer experience was less satisfactory. Within a week of receiving the offer, the company informed me they wouldn't be hiring for the position, only to re-list the same job shortly afterwards. This abrupt change and lack of clear communication about their hiring decisions were disappointing.
While the initial stages of the interview were positive, the inconsistency in communication during the final stages highlighted areas for improvement in iKnowHow's recruitment process.
