iNiLabs interview questions

Firstly, I received a call for the interview at around 9:30 PM the previous night, leaving me with little time to prepare. The interview was then scheduled for 11:30 AM the following day. Due to the last-minute scheduling, I had to return home and prepare, which caused me to arrive an hour late. However, I informed your team in advance, and I was told it would not be a problem. When I arrived, I found 15 other candidates, and each interview seemed to take 30 to 50 minutes. However, I waited until 3:45 PM for my turn, without being offered even basic refreshments such as water. This long wait was both frustrating and time-consuming. Additionally, when I was finally called for the interview, the power went out, and there was no backup available. By the time I entered the room, it seemed that the interviewers were tired and unfortunately, I felt that I was not properly evaluated. Unlike the other candidates, I was only asked 2-3 technical questions. My submitted code for assignment was not reviewed, and no questions were asked about it. Despite spending hours preparing and waiting, my interview lasted only about 10 minutes, significantly shorter than the other candidates. This made me feel that my application was not given due consideration. Finally, I received an email that the company has decided to proceed without me. While I understand that decisions are based on qualifications, I am deeply disappointed by how the interview was conducted, as it felt rushed and dismissive after a long wait.
