iSmile Studio (Australia) interview questions

I'm sorry to say Ismile balwyn was quite unprofessional during a trial period/hiring process I had there. The practice may reserve the right to not call back applicants. But seeing as they asked me in for a trial, suggested I come back after the trial on a certain date, and to make sure I received a phone call, I found it discourteous that they then decided to completely ghost and deliberately avoid me. I have my suspicions about why they decided not to hire me (discriminatory reasons) but it's completely irrelevant I guess. A simple rejection text would have sufficed. I was also attacked outside the clinic by a crazy person on the way to my first interview, which is in no way their fault, but it made my first interview an ordeal and a simple message given the whole process would have been the compassionate thing to do. Although rude, it's not uncommon for places of employment to waste a person's time in such a manner. The point I'm getting at is that management pretends to be so caring for the sake of profit and their reputation, yet can't even give potential employees the time of day. I also witnessed the head dentist/owner being very irritable and treating long time staff members poorly, as per some of the other reviews here. They definitely come across as the kind of place that will ignore and sweep any bad feedback under the rug. They desperately remove bad reviews on google, So if you are thinking about becoming an employee, I would suggest elsewhere.
