The first interview with the hiring manager was just him insulting my field of study (your background is so different, what makes you think you can work with etc.), cutting me off, and bad mouthing his previous employees.

Submit the resume to HR and HR will reach out to you. CEO will bring you around the company and start interviewing process. The interview lasted an hour and talked to the supervisor that is hiring.
