After more than 1 month of applying on their website, I was contacted by the manager of the Development area for a 1h online meeting with 1 other developer. The interview took place with 1 minute of explanation from them about what the company does, less than 5 minutes to explain your experiences, the rest technical questions and exercises (on the notepad!).
You don't have time to ask anything about them and their way of working; all questions are academic (often only theoretical), as you would do with juniors. I was expecting a different interview: it's useless to know by heart the answers on the patterns rather on "how to perform X" without the help of an IDE; I appreciated the questions about architectural patterns instead (5% of the questions).
