My interview process started in June. First E-mail I have received included multiple questions requiring specific answers such as why I’m interested to the role, visa requirement, etc.
After answering them, I received a second e-mail was 3 weeks later at 8 pm which was interesting and asking me for an interview in 2 days :)) I replied and asked for the length of the interview since I was working that day. However, I haven’t received any answer. I had no idea if it’s a group or individual interview. As a result I couldn’t attend due to the lack of information provided.
Despite of all the negative comments about the company culture, office environment, long working hours, I’m not a person who can complain about those aspect and I was ready to give a try. Now, I understand why people are not happy in this place. I would highly recommend you to improve your communication side as I see it’s your biggest internal and external problem.
