Applied and got invited to a first call with a team member. First call: questions about SQL (as they use it for 75% of the time). Beware, they don't really work with typical BI stuff. The job is purely about data management) This call was followed by a second round interview with co-founder. He tests you on your analytical skills and motivation to move, includes a market sizing case study. Lastly, there's a day long case study which is about providing insights on product performance for one of their clients. The data is provided by the team and you have to do a presentation to the team. Feedback is given on the same day. Nothing spectacular, but the team is fairly small in size so they have a lot of expectations.
