Worst interview experience I've ever had.
I had a phone call with HR first, Second step was to get interviewed by Global Key Account Team Manager who asked absolutely zero information about myself. Only mentioned difficulties of the position, how upper management will pressure me if I can't reach the quota. Also added that I'll have to do operational stuff due to complexity in the sales cycle and not enough people working to handle operational issues. The bizzare note: When I asked him how long he has been working for Iyzico, his answer was 5 years. My comment was so "it's not that bad". He answered like, If I endured here for 5 years that means I can work anywhere else. Afterward, surprisingly didn't hear a word from HR :D even if I emailed them to ask about interview status. My humble opinion is that he already had someone to hire, just wasted my time deliberately and did everything to eliminate me as a candidate.
My experience with HR was very bad. She called me after work on friday and said she wanted to send a case. I told her I was busy and asked if I could postpone it. She gave a "now or never" type of response. I also tried to reschedule a review, but she didn't even reply to my emails.

I experienced significant shortcomings in the communication and candidate experience aspects of the interview process.
The process started with a case study that was requested in advance. The case study was addressed only superficially, and I did not have the opportunity to properly elaborate on my architectural choices.
In addition to technical competence, communication courtesy, transparency, and a consistent feedback culture toward candidates are also critical for companies.
